How far is it from the beach?
- It is about 3 blocks to the beach access. See map below.
- You can see a very small part of the ocean from the house.
- We have the prices listed on the home page. The prices remain the same regardless of the season (no summer, holiday, winter rates)
- No, the maximum amount of people allowed is eight people.
- The coast house has 3 bedrooms (one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two extra long twin size beds), a living room with a double size futon, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and garage. See our amenities page for a list of supplies in the house. There are two full bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) in the house.
- We require a $75 deposit in case we discover the house not clean or something taken from the house. Renters are to clean up after themselves. An additional fee for having the house clean is not available. You must clean the house before you leave. There is a full description of what is expected for cleaning the house upon leaving on the second page of the application.
- No, neither smoking or animals are allowed.
- There is room for one vehicle in the garage. There is also room for two vehicles in the driveway. The City is very strict about the parking at rental homes. We could be fined or loose our permit for a rental house if there are more than two vehicles in the driveway.
