House Rules
A few simple ground rules.
These help keep rates low and the house comfortable for the next guest. Please read before requesting a reservation.
- Maximum 8 guests
The house is limited to eight guests. Please don't exceed that number.
- No smoking
The house is a non-smoking property.
- No pets
Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Parking for up to 3 cars
Park in the driveway and garage area. Please don't block the street.
- Leave it as you found it
Guests are asked to leave the house just as they found it. Cleaning and preparing the house for the next guest is the guest's responsibility.
- $75 cleaning deposit
A $75 deposit applies if the house is not cleaned before departure.
- Respect the neighbors
This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep noise reasonable, especially after hours.
