When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, number of adults and children in your group, requested arrival and departure dates, whether you have stayed at the house before, whether you know the owners, how you heard about Lincoln City Getaway, and any message you include.
The website processes form submissions through its server only to send that email and does not store it in a database or use it for any other purpose.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, check availability, coordinate a reservation, and communicate about your stay. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Data retention
Because inquiries are delivered by email, the property owner retains the email and any information it contains according to their normal email practices. SendGrid may process and retain message data as described in its privacy policy.

You are not required to submit any personal information to browse this site. You may choose not to fill out the contact form, or you can contact the property owner directly using your preferred email client.
